Leadership coaching for managers and supervisors
- Focused on working with an individual manager/supervisor on a people management challenge.
- Leadership coaching for an individual consists of a series of one-on-one sessions and includes completion and analysis of the individual’s leadership capability using psychometric tools as well as conducting a 360-degree review.
- The goal is to provide the individual with the tools to have productive and positive conversations with their staff members and to work through the current people management challenge.
Team coaching for Teams
- Focused on working with a team to build an increased appreciation of each other’s experience and expertise so it can work cohesively.
- Team coaching for teams involves three to four sessions (depending on the team) and includes completion and analysis of each individual’s work preferences and communication style using psychometric tools and an analysis of the team cohesiveness.
- The goal is to provide the team with a coherent approach to working together maximising each individual’s diversity to achieve the outcomes required of the team.
Individual coaching for growth
- Focused on working with an individual to help them better understand their strengths, areas for development and opportunities for growth.
- Individual coaching consists of a series of one-on-one sessions and includes completion and analysis of the individual’s capability using psychometric tools.
- The goal is to provide the individual with a deeper knowledge and appreciation of themselves and an action plan for them to work on for the next 12 months.
Individual career coaching
- Focused on working with an individual on their career aspirations.
- Career coaching consists of a series of one-on-one sessions and includes an completion and analysis of the individual’s capability using psychometric tools.
- The goal is to provide the individual with an action plan for their career development over the following 1-, 3- and 5-year period, so they feel competent to take control of their development and career choices.
